Everything we bake is 100% peanut & nut free, baked in a peanut & nut-free facility.

Many of our ingredients are kosher certified but we bake all of our cupcakes in a kitchen where some non kosher items are used.

Yes!* We offer delicious, nut-free vegan cookies in 3 incredible flavours: Red Velvet, Oatmeal Raisin & Snickerdoodle. We also carry a number of vegan candy options. Please reach out to our team to find out more.

*We are not a vegan facility. While animal byproducts are not used as direct ingredients in our vegan-friendly products, such ingredients are used in our facility and sometimes on the same line and cross-contamination may occur.

We do not use any preservatives in our cake, frosting or cookie dough, so your treats are always best enjoyed by the label date. We recommend keeping them in their original reusable packaging in a well air-conditioned room, or in the fridge. Items can also be placed in the freezer in their original reusable packaging, which keeps them fresh for up to 90 days. Please allow time for your treats to come to room temperature before serving.

At this time, we are not taking orders for cakes.

We’re happy to deliver our cookies and candy anywhere in Canada. Due to the delicate nature of our fresh cupcakes at this time we only deliver them locally. Please call us to arrange delivery outside the GTA.

Delivery is available Monday - Friday and our standard delivery window is 9am-5:30pm. If you require a shorter window, please reach out to eat@sullivanbleeker.com and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Unfortunately our cupcake elves don’t have such great handwriting so we do not write or pipe on our cupcakes. We also offer “Happy Birthday” plaques that come in red or blue and can be included with your cupcakes for a nominal fee.

Nope, we bake in a commercial bakery. We're happy to have you come by the bakery to pick up your pre-ordered goods, or to place an order for a later date. You’re always welcome to bring us lunch too (no nuts please).
