Sullivan & Bleeker Baking Co. is the brainchild of Elyse Wahle - self-taught cake and icing queen. Her years working for Dylan's Candy Bar in NYC tuned her sweet tooth and affinity for high-end treats - so Elyse hit the kitchen, armed with her stand-mixer and degree in visual arts. It wasn't long before Elyse's orders outgrew the fridge space in her apartment at the corner of Sullivan St. & Bleecker St. Since relocating to Toronto, she's been putting big city style into decadent desserts across the GTA.
